missing tabs, where?

i have a few questions and maby you guys can find it better urself,
on my acc site i got allot of errors.
i miss allot of tabs in phpmyadmin and some stuff dont work for me.
my site ip is. booyah860.ddns.net
could you or are you able to check for me?
i really want it working.
i even use xammp and you talk about uniform, could it be also a problem?

my problems are:
guild: Table 'booyah2.guild_membership' doesn't exist
Guild wars, but dont work for my 0.3.6 ot so thats ok
Account management Table 'booyah2.znote_deleted_characters' doesn't exist
Create account: Table 'booyah2.znote_deleted_characters' doesn't exist
Highscore: Notice: Undefined index: type in C:\xampp\htdocs\highscores.php on line 8
Item Market: Table 'booyah2.market_offers' doesn't exist
In Player skills administration : undifined offset,
Admin Player report, Table 'booyah2.znote_player_reports' doesn't exist
Changelog: Table 'booyah2.znote_changelog' doesn't exist

can u please help me fix this?
