Lua No premium points recieved! (paypal)

Hello! I tried to setup paypal donation. I test donated 1EUR to myself to see if everything worked. The money transaction went well, but the account didnt recieve any premium points. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for help! I know theres alot of posts like this out there, but i couldn't figure out how to solve my problems anyways

in readme it says:
folder 'reported_ids' must be writeable!
maybe it's that? But i dont know how to make a folder writeable ?? haha
