Solved Old account does not have flags in highscores or character profile.php

Hi
as title says, don't know the reason about why is this happening, and don't know how to make flags appear on old accounts is there a solution? I use Znoteacc 1.5 with oldschool layout. the issue is strange because on recently made accounts flags works normally.
here is an example. how do i make in order to make flags appear in old account / players?
review database and noticed that new accounts does not have country_flags in accounts so tried to removing in old account but did not work

Just follow the code from where it's being displayed in the HTML to which table it's being picked up from.

I always thought it was znote_accounts that they were stored.
