Paid Teleport doesn't work - TFS 0.4

How to make paid teleport for TFS 0.4 ?

i tried it - http://otland.net/threads/paid-teleport.84757/ but it doesn't work, i think because that one is for older/other version of server.
movements.xml in TFS 0.4 is diffrent.

Can someone help me ? REP ++++

You can look at other movements.xml lines to see how the movements.xml lines should look like.

<movevent type="StepIn" actionid="2121" event="script" value="tp.lua"/>

For next time, explain the problem instead of "doesn't work", so people don't have to guess.
