Question about paypal transfer.

Hello guys, it's my first time i'm going to use paypal.
i always use daopay, so i got a question :-
my official currency in my country is $$$ Dollar $$$, my credit card has a balance about 200 dollar now, and i want to donate some equipment from a specific server.
equipment cost about 20 euro.

what is going on now ?
my balance with dollars.
server donates with euros.

it will take from my dollars about how much equal for 10 euro ?
or what ?

It'll withdraw the amount of dollars you'd need to 'buy' 10 euro's in order to pay for the equipment, it'll calculate the amount of dollars needed automatically.

Sorry for this stupid question but i told you that i have no knowledge about how does papyal work
when i got a PAYPAL balance 1000$ Dollar.. can i withdraw them from the bank ?
i mean withdraw in real cash money
my real pocket have 1000$ Dollar cash money, and
paypal balance becomes 0$ ?
is it right ?
or it just able to deal with these 1000$ online ?

Paypal dollars are real dollars...
