Sanction rebirthed and ended up with 0 cap when he was level 15, isn't the main purpose in rebirthing to overlap the cap you have to carry loads more pots to battle?
Rebirths aren't working!!!!!

No, we fixed that bug from the previous rebirth system. Instead of doubling your cap, you receive a set amount of increased cap. You won't be able to carry double the potions, but definitely will be able to carry more potions.
