Guys im go donating today to the otland, so I'll have access to WebSVN - forgottenadmin, this site can I get the tfs 0.4.x? and I can also get a system with the emblems of war ...? and more what I'll approach that can be very useful for my OTServ global map?

You can get 0.4, but you got to "donate" to elf for the emblems of war system. And no, there is not much else.
