Starting [Again]

So, I'm gonna give Tibia another chance on RL Tibia.
And I was wondering, which world is the "best" when I start again?
I don'\t like to start on some crappy world again, because that would be a waste of time and no fun.

Thanks for your fast reaction.
I looked for those worlds when I create a new character, but I can'\t find them and if I look at the additional information @the preview worlds it is saying: [locked, preview game world] so I can'\t create a new character in that world I guess.

It's locked from world transfers only, you can still create characters.

Correct me if I'\m wrong,
but if it's locked from world transfers only, you should be able to create a new character there right?

If this is the case,
Am I just blind and am I looking wrong, or can'\t I create a new character here?
