Well, if you would read then you would see that it's only useable by GM's and works like this:
Feloth is in party with Abdula, Imro and Papi
GM: /teleport Abdula.
Abdula AND his party gets teleported to GM's position.

Sorry to say but this sucks, Yes it is original but it will ruin the game
a level 1000 in party with level 5 (takes him trough level 100 door) or vip places or to quest chests.
or making fake friends and let him die to teleport him in dangerous spawn.
or teleport someone full of people killers.
maybe a small range of level differnece can be tped like max 5.
EDIT: now i readed you're post it can be handy that way hehe.
