There are another way to start TFS 2.9 without zlib.dll? Because you removed it and when I try to start the TFS 2.9 it says that this dll file is necessary..

Im gonna make a noob question as i am...What are DLL-Files??

"Package"-files which is required for some programs to run.
I'm not a programmer, so I can't say for sure what it is, but my impression is that most dll-files contain the same information, so programmers use them for not having to write a whole bunch of codes extra (time-wasting), when it's not necessary.

If that didn't give you an idea, or not enough information, you can always google it up (wikipedia got lots of info about it, as always)

Updated to v1.2.
