Low fps

Hello, I formatted my PC, and now I see that I only have 30 in fps, when i'm NOT logged in.
When I login i have about 25 -.-
I have a NVIDIA Geforce 9500gt graphics card.
Please help! Write a comment down here or just PM me..

I got 2502 fps at login screen and 650 ingame

I installed drivers i had about 2000, and when I login I had 50-60 What's the problem?

having 2000fps isn't anything exciting on the title screen, it's just a single image that's not updating etc
whereas in the game itself there's layer upon layer of images that need to be refreshed constantly etc

basically anything above 30fps isn't -too- noticeable so don't worry

But it's runnin smoother with 100+

~30 is smooth as hell up to lvl 70-80 without boh and any other haste, at 130 I need 35+ to run smoothly
