[HELP] How can i change white skull and frag time ?

How can i change white skull and frag time ? in TFS mystic sprite . I cant change it from config because there is nothing that make me change them . How i can change them ?

i added them but no work . Local time of white skull 15 mins and frag 12 hour . I want make white skull 3 mins and frag 2 hours . It is tfs 0.2.1 for 8.1

From Config.lua.. whiteSkullTime = 3 * 0 * 1000
