EU is nice but... too much server issues :( like today i awnna get 1400 elo :s hope it gets on soon ^,^
 
Ok found how to do it. Edit lol.properties exactly as i said and when you open the lol client and it says unable click ctrl + l and write javascript:setServerStatus(1);

Press play and login and voila, You are on US
 
Im on US Right now ^^ Works perfectly
