Maybe you have blocked it or something?
Or maybe the website banished you because you used it too fast or something..

At least, I tried different connections, and I could access the website from Australia-Sidney, Germany, France, Japan, East Coast United States and from Ryssia.
No problems at all.

if you got blocked by web, the ban last 5 minutes.
so try again in 5-10 minutes, if that doesn't work.. there's something fishy going on with your ISP or something

DDOS Is made by more than one attacker. While DOS is made by a single attacker.
As i told you before contact your ISP and tell them the situation,I am 100% sure you can sue them for that.

I WERE DDosed! and not Dosed. Dos isn't strong enough to take my server down.

Cant figure out why so many people find is so fun ruining a server with DOS-attacks.

Tibianic, Originaltibia, Classictibia solved the DDoS issues pretty well if I'm correct. Try contact someone of those people.
