Done some bordering and reshaped a few mountains, perhaps tonight I'll have new pictures ready.

Joking, I like the idea of the logs in the last picture, cute mapping. We should live map the whole real tibia map when you're not being a noob with homework!
 
I got a whole afternoon off so I'll finish lots of shit today.
I notice people coming and then leaving without commenting. I can guess some of you aren't in the mood or don't got the time, but it's a lot of people... So I wonder, if you don't comment, does it then mean it's good enough and you don't have anything to point out? imo impossible but oke.
 
I personally havent commented because I dont like it, but there is not any specific complains I got. I mean ofcourse its better then the original, since cipsoft style are crap.. But it still looks really boring and aint much to say about it, I only speak for myself but thats why I havent been commenting

Thank you HesteN to be honest but I'm just showing pictures of what I'll release eventually. Yes I know it's a bit boring'' but I'm trying to keep the clean, RPG style cipsoft tried to get there.
Once I get to the caves it'll be (hopefuly) be a bit less "boring".

HesteN, I'm not an oversenstive bitch or something, I can take bad comments.
But I'd rather have that (with perhaps some feedback) than nothing at all, and thats my point.

I don´t really get what is so "boring" about any of the pics you have shown so far :p
I find it all interesting on seeing how different people tackle Rookgaard and so far this is the best rook revamp I have seen, Sure I might not have seen the best ones yet, but yeah, all this looks great.
What I am most curious about is probably going to be Captain Igluus (Spelling?) treasure room and the Dead Dragon Cave
So I'm specifically looking forward to those 2 :d

HesteN is try to say that what you are doing isn't very special. Yeah you are making it look good but this is something we have all seen before and making it look good isn't good enough. It looks RPG and totally playable (perfect for a server) but it's nothing special, and if you've seen HesteN's project he only likes special :)

The mapping is not special, it is doodad.

Only when you work with raw you can get these perfect pieces.

I like how CipSoft map.

Luffy revamps it good, but no one can beat CipSoft when it comes to RPG.

This concerns me a little bit. However I just wondered why not so much people comment and I was glad atleast HesteN explained, it is a bit odd.
If you read my first comment about starting to revamp rook I clearly say that I will "try to cover up Cipsofts mapping"
So my purpose is not to make it special, it's to revamp it and make it look better. So therefor, HesteN, perhaps you should comment on what my purpose is, if it succeeded or not, and not on your purpose, making it special.
Now end of discussion, it's a mapping thread, not a discussion thread.
