Is it possible to host a OT while computer are in power saving mode?

Or will it cause everyone to lagg?

Are you talking about power saving options on a laptop or hibernation on the desktop computer?

Im talking about putting the server in power saving mode.
Instead of shutting down the computer, you can choose to put it in power saving mode.
and what i wonder is if this will make people still able to play on the server without any problems or not?

No. Either get a new one or move it.

Anyway u ur upload/ download prolly vant even handle more than ~15 players.. U need spend money for bying a host. Thats why ots hosting in my eyes is non profit, its loose, even often with donations its loose :/

Fans make noise, you can replace them with more silent ones or just put them spinning automatically so when temp is fine they spin slower and make less noise.
