Im talking about putting the server in power saving mode.
Instead of shutting down the computer, you can choose to put it in power saving mode.
and what i wonder is if this will make people still able to play on the server without any problems or not?

I dont want the computer to make noice, because i sleep in the same room as the server computer.

Anyway u ur upload/ download prolly vant even handle more than ~15 players.. U need spend money for bying a host. Thats why ots hosting in my eyes is non profit, its loose, even often with donations its loose :/

Fans make noise, you can replace them with more silent ones or just put them spinning automatically so when temp is fine they spin slower and make less noise.
