If you search for an .exe file then you will have to check the Resources board in the Premium Board. In the subversion you will only have the sources available, therefore you will have to compile them yourself.

Hey, guys!

Where do i add suggestion/ideas for this premium abilitys?
If its here then i got one suggestion..

It's that you could actually add "Delete your own threads", so in that case you (otland) will actually decrease the load of useless threads & report spams like "please remove my thread"..

I myslef would be very glad if this option were added and will definitely donate to become a premium user to help the community!

I've changed my name like 2-3 times before being Evan.

Yes, there is a thread in the Premium Section that allows you to change your nickname once per month, you just have to post there and it'll be changed in < 24 hours

I don't think Otland would make the user changes names via setting since that will open it to Database attacks.
