Is there a way to buy RP points without logging into the game or buying a prepaid card?
 
Basically I'm trading a character in a game for LoL points, but the guy doesn't have paypal, and I don't want to do a bank transfer, is there any way he can buy a LoL code? Doubt he wants to buy the card and wait for shipping, and he lives in venezuela so Idk if they sell cards in stores there

Oh my bad. :)

Then I guess the only thing left is payment by phone. No other way what I know of. :/ But I know that in some store (atleast in Sweden) you can buy like league of legends starter packages. So maybe you can buy like a RP card in the store. But I doubt it.. :/
 
He has a debit card but it isn't visa, thats why he doesn't have a paypal account, can't think of how he can pay me Dx
 
Tell him to make an account, then purchase RP points and gift them to you.
