The hackers (Punio and Rece Drewniane) trap people with impassible objects such as stones, and then kill them by summoning unlimited hunters/fire elementals/giant spiders (funnyly, they all drop loot). Punio mage went from lvl 8 to 73 within 5 minutes, seems like cheating too.

.. What now? A simple reset will not do, there's nothing that stops them from doing this again. Bastards.

If they are able to do such things this server is not worth trying...

If you're using an exe made by someone else that might be 'backdoored' and refuse to change or make your own then no, else you can always hire someone to check for vulnerabilities
