When you open your tibia client after a error there is a big box with the send feature there.. You should have screenshotted that instead of the small box... Try to get your server to work and get a screenshot of that error-

My Own Conclusion:the debug is in the second screenshot.you are trying to log into a account with no character.look at the second screenshot you will find

child->getWidth()=0

so try Creating a new account and create a new character
The Account character list size is 0
