Either:

1. One server will be dead and one will be somewhat popular
2. Both will be equally contaun a low population
3. Due to the discrepancy, perhaps people would quit both

Hmm... So just cause we give two options so both continents could play the server means that it would make one another dead? I don't see why? Americans and BRs and other countries from the america continents will play the US and the european and others will play the EU one.

The oldschool population isn't big enough to support two FULL 7.7 tibia servers.

Why not start with USA, and open an EU if it's heavily requested, not that other way around?

I have only seen two requests from american players and several from the EU players so I think I am prefering the Eu over the US at this very moment.

Lmao, do what you want to do. Was clear you never intended on opening a USA server first. Suppose I'll be the first to say "I told you so" when the EU server fails.

When u think you will be releasing the US server? within 2 weeks or a month? Where it's gonna be hosted?
You should stablish the US site separated from the EU one and make a countdown because this community is not that solid, players will spread your links mainly on facebook, skype and vt-ts, around 10% of this community is at otland.

Try to pick a decent host, the location is very important because if you just set it up at Canada because it's cheap then south american players will leave sooner than later, you gotta offer around ~100 ping and not 200+ since they're already playing with that in the well known ots, they can't say this because theres almost nobody checking otland from south america hope you think about it, I won't have lags anyways but I guess there will be alot of brs jumping from tibianic to realots if they ping your server and get around 120.

He underestimates the USA/america/BR tibia population just because they never visit otland don't speak english and aren't friends with him on facebook or something.

Agreed with what you've said 100%, I just wish they would realize a USA server will be more successful than an EU server.

a USA RealOTS would make most of the BR/american players on Tibianic quit and start on RealOTS

No, they were awful. Did not improve latency as it's impossible to route a connection overseas with less than like 56ms? It's limited due to the speed of light I believe.

Anyways, I really hope to see this in USA, as I'd actually play as I really enjoy RealOTS... But I will not touch it with a 10 foot pole/10 if it's EU as I currently play Tibianic, no reason to play two EU oldschool servers IMO.

Well if you really think US is better than EU server then make that US , but make only 1 server to creat 1 big population ... DOnt split it on 2 servers coz it will be boring to play ot with 50 ppl only

But Tibianic is hosted in EU as well? Now I don't really care where it will be hosted because the experience I have with wtfast is quite positive. But you should have similar problems when playing Tibianic?

I have no other choice than to play on Tibianic/EU oldschool server.

I am not alone, there are a LOT of players forced to play Tibianic as well since no good olschool is available in USA.
