I've been on Wikia, tryin to figure out the quest, then I realized the server has old maps (without the new grass n shit).

Anyways, I've done the quest:
Now correct me if I'm wrong, but isnt the hat supposed to be placed on youre head (in the EQ bar?) I tried to do that it says(put this object in your hand)
And the hat doesn't have +1 mag lvl, if ya guys can fix that it woulda been nice...

It's the Hat of the mad he is talking about, but here it's named "magician hat", and you can only wear it in you hand. :blink:
