Tried to watch dog days, but it's too childish.
Spice and wolf was great anime, but sadly I had to read a book to know ending because it got discontiued. It has some locations based on Paris(Pont au Change, some markets and a spot where they traded these yellow stones), I spotted them in ac:unity.
I've watched a couple of Animes lately, I started watching anime last year actually. Started off with One Piece.
Here's what I watch or and read:
One piece, I read..
Hunter X Hunter, I've watched it all, hopefully they will start working on it again soon
Tokyo Ghoul, I watch it ever Thursday
FullMetal Alchemist, I am watching this right now
The Seven Deadly Sins, I am watching this every Sunday/Monday (it releases sometime in between).
And of course, I love all the animes I've seen so far. I usually get recommended by a good friend of mine that is a manga/anime veteran, so I am glad he doesn't give me shitty animes to watch.

I finished watching FullMetal Alchemist yesterday, and I recommend every single one of you to watch it. That anime was crazy, 10/10, one of the best animes out there.

Why watch One Piece anime? Read the manga, it's much better since One Piece Animation sucks now. Just saying
I can't agree that the animation sucks at all.
The first contact I had with One Piece was with the manga. I have all the books up to the Skypiea arc but stopped there and about a year later I picked up the anime instead, the books are quite expensive and I don't want to read them online
Oh, and the Japanese voiceacting creates the whole atmosphere imho
