I just got a pm from Chief Keef, well, who I think is chief keef, as he messaged me and knew I was looking for him.

There has been a small patch to fix the attack speed formula. All items with attack speed faster than 750 ms will be updated to match the new formula. This formula applies to looting items as well.

The new formula is:

Tier 1 --> 1600 ms
Tier 2 --> 1200 ms
Tier 3 --> 800 ms​

Old Formula (which was by mistake):

Tier 1: 750 ms
Tier 2: 500 ms
Tier 3: 250 ms​

Keep in mind the base attack speed for each vocation is 2000 ms.

A new "training spear" coming after the next server save.

This will allow paladins to train with an attack speed upgrade.
