I don't like the transition between the cave and the grass mountains. I think its the contrast between the cave, grass and mountain. Maybe its just my personal preference.
No I have to agree, it's too much too fast. We already looked at that. The transition is simply bad looking and that's how it is. Changing from map editor to in-game doesn't change the map.
This random green hole inside a dirt cave gives no sense at all.
It's 100% possible to happen in underground areas. There are pictures of moss pits within caves all over the world. Do you think caves just stay dry and that's it?
We're not talking about if it's fuckin realistic or not, it's about that it looks ugly as fuck in one screen. And the cave of my neighbour's wife is pretty dry in all seasons.

I like it, but oddly too little of mossy-grass on layer above the hole. Diagonal mossy-grass on the bridge looks better. The vertical one looks like someone manually edged it. Goblin? why...?
I like it, but near the dead tree the grass border looks weird. It looks like someone diged up the humus and then gently placed it back where he dug it up so the edges would be seen.
