Just poitong out. It would take like 2-3 years for them to update it xd. There's like no 0.3.6 sourcode left.

They don't need to update, just re-do in the new sources. The scripts in Lua is easy to update, just need time because it's too many scripts (or just make a library to convert the old functions into new functions and should work haha)
the problem is for the exclusive systems, but in 1~2 months they can do it, while we are testing in TFS 0.3.6

As of right now you download the extractor, run it and it creates a folder. Click on necronia.exe and run, I dont know how much simpler you can make it. I think the only logical solution is to go to your primary doctor and ask for help.

Start doing a preview in high-level characters about all classes haha it's not too fast to get level 20 too many times to decide the vocation.

if it gives off an error about 'client.wyc' just close the error and the client opens a few seconds later

edit:: oops, forgot the encryption key. dunno why it encrypts the downloads, but hey, w.e its free.

A detailed video that explains how to get out of rookgaard... I see many people struggling to get out of rook so, I assume they having a hard time understanding the quests and stuff. Also, a video about the smithing would be nice.

With the influx of first-timers on the open beta, a lot of very simple questions have been asked a ton of times, so like I said in my earlier posts, I've decided to make some more videos for those who want to see how some things are done, rather than read about it ingame. Some people might skip reading or talking to npcs for this or that reason, or are simply unable to understand English language to the fullest, and we understand that. Small sneak peek of the new character profile changes we're planning to make ingame and on the website - avatars and personalized message.

Not sure when these changes will hit the stage, but you'll be able to get avatars for Necronia Points or through various ingame activities.
With the help of @Cornex , we'll probably be able to make your character page on the website much more informative and badass, including a connected avatar.
Later, if we run our forum on the necronia.com domain, they will also remain connected to your characters.

well Shadowsong there is such a thing as too many quests...
Annyways, i have been at it for another 4 hours and still not closer to going to main and play as i want to play. its like being forced to do quests and nothing else.. Not only quests, but being forced to learn all the new things from this server at once (in rook) else you cant get further.

Perhaps we have a different point of vieuw about what rook actually is but some quests are annoyingly difficult to clear, and this shouldnt be so in rook.

I'd love to hear some tips about regeneration system on this server. What I've learnt so far is that cooking food is more efficient than eating "raw" meat or fruits. Seeing that regeneration system is pretty complex (we can add points to particular regens like viotoa a/b, lupol etc.) I'm curious if depending solely on food is a viable option to play for mage? If I spend all my points on Vitoa B + Lupol can I use cooked food instead of mana potions? Normally, when playing as high level mage, food doesn't help much, especially on OTS - you pretty much need only potions to replenish your mana, how is it on Necronia? I'm also worried about breaking my character by dividing the "regen points" the wrong way. Maybe any closed beta tester could give us few pro tips about playing mage class on Necronia?

I'd like to propose making the anvil act as a storage unit to hold all crafting equipment such as picks, ores, etc. Rather than having to carry everything.. I think it would help with the overwhelming feelings from carrying all these items
