Today's work has been great!

Completed the Postman Quest to be 100% accurate!
Working on a lot of NPCs.

Going live on the stream now for those who wants to follow! :)
 
Lots of RealOTS player disagree with you on that, Ive only had players saying that they want 2x or 1x so far. But Ill keep what you write in mind, thanks for the feedback

First time hosting this ot? I suggest u to dont make lowrate now, better make Highrate first time one edition to fix all bugs etc.
Thats my opinion if u dont want fail server and loose players.
 
7.7 is easier than 7.4 so it shouldnt deffenitly be 2x. You got wands/rods, manas are buffed. I contacted the GM and tried the OT out for a few hours, I'm gna play :) looking good!

Looks like fun. Only thing I would suggest you do is start advertising on otservlist and get your server highlighted in yellow on the advertisements

another question, like someone asked already, will mc be legal? I suggest you highly enforce whatever you decide.

Although this isn't Thronia, you can look at Ryans server for instance. (not saying your the same hoster as he is)

He has a good server but he doesn't listen to the community of players who actually play his server and for instance a lot of people I know left the server because paladins accuracy was completely off balance and spawns were really messed up..


So please take in consideration where someone else fails your server can prevail..

Owner of this OT actually contacted me and wanted to bounce of some ideas on how to improve the server, he's very dedicated and into it I can tell. I've been online testing several things to make sure I dont waste my time on a another deadbeat ot *cough*thronia*cough*. The ot is great, with small adjustments.

You're allowed to have 1 MC (it's built into client) any macro/cheating will result in either ban or delete (dont remember which)

anyways everythign seems super legit, im stoked!

Sounds good to me! I feel that mc should be strictly forced to only one client if not just keeping it to 1 client only just because people will abuse it like every other ot plus it's better to see the actual amount of players online rather than 600 people online but 400/600 are rune maker characters...


AnothER thing to keep in mind it's a 7.7 server so it's what 45 to make SD?


Preferably keep it to single client only that way there is a exonomy for runes etc.

never, hoster doesnt seem to understand marketing. doesnt even say what time the server starts and only write about it on a single forum, lol... and he made this mistake every time hes launched a server, you'd think he'd learn by now @Kungenn

im still gonna join but this is funny how someone can be a good programmer make a good ots but doesnt understand that the most important aspect is having a lot of players at the start - ryan understands that and despite his servers being subpar in quality they're the most popular every time they start

make more stage exp like x3 and we can see + commercial on otservlist and u got maybe 200 ppl ;d
 
You need level 45 to make SDs, and level 25(?) to make UHs, and mages use manafluids instead of runes when hunting on lower/mid levels. You can also buy runes in shop.

These are three major reasons to why people don't macro rune makers on this client. 1 mc is good, so knights/paladins can train skills.

I'd have this serv mid rate so u can fix stuff. Start at like 7x and end at 2x imo.
