We expect quite a lot of players on the launch day. Rookgaard will be overloaded. We've thought about how to solve this issue and we've decided to implement a system where the experience rate on Rookgaard changes from x2 to x4 when there is more than 100 players with no vocation logged in at the same time (The change is announced by an automated message.) This should make the Rookgaard experience more enjoyable despite the fact the island will be crowded. It is a one of a kind thing, no further changes in rates will ever happen.

We've also finished working on the house auction system. It is now available at the website. It was the last thing we had to do before the server launch. We are now fully prepared for the start!

Changing the date of the launch 24 hours before the scheduled start is not a very smart thing to do. Besides, there's no single date that would satisfy everyone.

As for the people trying to badmouth Classictibia, it is best to ignore them. The quality of our server will be enough of a statement.

I was wondering a thing about the files you guys have. Did you make any remod to it? Since Remeres files, and his "custom" things were pretty good. As exp was slower after level 70, fireballs were way more effective, life rings were 2x the mana, meaning they did give 800 mana over 20 minutes not 400, without passive regeneration. Charges for fireballs should be higher on classic tibia as well.

We've reverted all the custom changes made by Remere. Our goal was to make the server resemble real tibia 7.4 as much as possible.
