You should tell them "good work! keep it up!" and maybe... just maybe their motivation to continue the hard work and fix it asap will go up a few levels..

The team is working great, they found the problem and solved it.

You can't expect a game to run perfectly fine on the first day.
When hundreds of players login, stuff might not work as intended in this case there was a bug in the engine so the database got flooded with requests.

Stop hating.
It's just their hobby.

Just be patience and just wait. They've been working on it for 2 days without any break or sleep. If you can't wait then execute this command in CMD. Shutdown -i
