I kinda agree with you. I think a admin (Mark/kornholi) or atleast a mod should manage a/the DiscordServer so it gets moderated propely. Because like the main reasons why I troll there is because no one gives a fuck about the server. :S

Yeah its a mess right now. We got 4 mods that don't do nothing actually. I also made few text channels to direct the trolling(general-bs-chat-and-trivia) and off topic(misc-songs). But even with those chats people keep trolling the ot-general text channel. I think we can fix the mod and trolling thing having people to take care of it and having special chats to the trolls.
