Health points above character don't show correct hp

Hi

8.6, OTX3.
When damaged or when I hit a monster, their health bar doesn't show their real hp.
Also if I open battle tab, I can't see monsters hp changing, but they die at one point.
Its like the health bar doesn't refresh or sth.
Hard to explain.
Hp bar above anyone doesn't work pretty much.
No errors in the server console

Ok well hard to say what caused it, maybe this;

Can't find any other PRs merged with protocolgame.
Best would be to keep track of that issue or switch over to TFS
