Tools Required For Custom Spiriting

Hello Otlanders =D,
Been a while ^^ I dont know if this is the correct place for this thread but if not please excuse me for my lack of knowledge, I did some search about custom spiriting and found tools that works up to tibia 10.31, my questions is what is the correct approach if I want to add something on TFS 1.2 tibia 10.98, if someone could link me to something useful or a tutorial for this I would be very thankful and also if you know if this is possible on tibia 10.98 or not with the current software that most of you more experienced people know.

This error keeps popping up to me, I do not understand it, maybe perhaps someone with more experience do?
