Hello OTLand!

A hundred years ago we made a server that never saw the light of day. For the sake of sentimentality and all that, we decided to put it online. This server is The Lost Lands - the Terror of Nestor Horne. We have had it up and running for a few days for a number of privateers, and they have been hacking away at the hull to see if the ship holds - and indeed, we seem rather stable. And so, we welcome anyone who wants some RPG adventure in an old classic client to join. If ever you played our old server, you know what to expect here: storylines, exploration, interaction and a hundred million quests and secrets. This is an entirely new map, though, so expect the unexpected!

You can choose to play with a normal tibia client (as downloaded HERE) or with the custom client (HERE). The IP address is 51.89.151.247. The website is .

Here follows the minimap, and a number of screenshots for your viewing pleasure!

The main antagonist himself - Nestor Horne.

The pirate-infested Rocky Reefs.

Sexual misconduct from our esteemed Captain Bonnie Anne.

The mysterious fortress in northern Sharkshelter Key.

The abyssal reefs deep below the southern tropical islands.

The notoriously elusive Demon Hunter.

Unknown Hell Gate in the Fire Lands.

The famous Shrine of Eternity, which apparently belongs to this short-legged fellow.

The desolate wastelands amid the Silenraun Needles.

The Gate of the Snake Gods.

The occult Temple of the Damned.

The sealed entrance to the legendary Vanishing Tower,
where the warlocks study their arcane magics.

The heavily fortfied entrance to Willowshire Cove.

Strange monuments and legends in Acherwind Vault.

Castle Rose in all its splendor.

Frozen waterfalls and geysers beneath the dazzling Crystal Peninsulas.

The deep mines of the Ingotbellows Clan.

The dark ruins of Karukos, where dwell secrets best left unspoken.

Kevh - perhaps the strongest sorcerer in these lands.

The secret library of Khul Amon.

Server Information:

Exp and skill: 3x
Monster loot rate: 1x
Magic rate: 2x
Skill rate: 3x
Server version: 8.54
Port: 7171

The majority of vocational and magic related settings are the same as 8.54, but we have turned off soul points.
For the straying newcomer, there is a small beginner's guide on the website, but you can ask the temple NPCs for help if you're looking for anything, and there are city guides as well. You can also find directions to this and that and whatnot in the libraries.

See you ingame!

Custom map looks rly cool and RPG focused servers are my favourite, so I will check sever out for sure, but this post/website lacks basic information like exp/skill rates or information about professions - are there any custom spells/changes in balance or everything is just like in 8.54?
Maybe it's just me that can't find those information, so feel free to send link to it here.

Right now we don't have that function implemented. The old server was 8.0, I believe, and this is 8.54, so it's a different engine altogether. We might add the exp restoration in time, though. Good idea.

We will add this information to the main post - good call!

GOOD MAN. FInally something TO EXPLORE. ACTUAL custom map just not COPY PASTED! Great work

I'd LOVE to play the lost lands again but there's a huge problem with this launch that I'm sure you're aware of. You probably don't intend to make any money off of this, meaning you might think the player amount doesn't matter. However, you clearly want to show off your work, and there are plenty of people out there who I'm sure would like to experience it aswell, but won't.

My point being, tibia is a game that's way more fun to play in a LIVING world, where there are people hunting in spawns and where there are items to trade etc. I'm all about the RPG these days so don't get me wrong. I prefer to avoid drama and pvp, especially on a server like this, but the fact still remains this is an mmorpg. I've waited and hoped for years for you guys to host the lost lands again... but an entirely new map? It's mindblowingly ambitious and impressive. I'm confident that this server is the best rpg you'll ever get out of tibia and it deserves so much more.

I just think the way you launched this one is a big mistake. You can't merge a "closed-beta" with an "official launch", assuming this is? This entire post is assumpions really. You need to set a launch date and build up some hype. I just can't start a server from scratch seeing its pretty much a single player game. It's unfortunate that I feel this way. I'm sad now.

can't log in to accout, server offline?
It's back online.

From what I heard they didn't intend it to be a public server anymore, they launched it as a closed server for a couple of people. I suppose that's why there hasn't been any advertisement or hyping up unfortunately. :(

Im wondering the same,i see lots of praise to the maps but killing same old stuff with same old items, spell, class just doesnt feel new to me.

I guess the objective selling point is the custom made map, the storylines and the immersive questlines. If you want something more along the lines of those pokemon/tibia hybrids, this is probably not for you.

I like servers that are custom, but for me only new map is not enough. And i don't mean server like pokemon ones. And i think Deadbringer didn't mean that too. People like custom servers that have also custom vocations, spells, items, systems, things to do. Because if you have everything same like in RL Tibia, but only map is changed, it's not that great.

But it's only my opinion. :) I will check this server anyway.
