They might not sell to your country etc
Well it's not hard to find a company selling a VPS server, you can quickly google your country and vps server to find one close to you.
Alot of users buy from OVH (VPS Hosting: your Virtual Server (https://www.ovh.com/world/vps/))
If you are gonna host a bigger server or expect alot of players you really should get a dedicated server insted (Dedicated servers (https://www.ovh.com/world/dedicated-servers/))
So like an evo map? In that case you should be fine with a "cheaper" VPS, make sure to get one with ddos protection (I think OVH has that on all the servers)
You can start with this one for 7usd, if you outgrow it you can just buy a better one.

OVH VPS SSD has no windows image. Change VPS Type to Cloud VPS or Cloud RAM VPS
IONOS just doesn’t support Egypt for VPS orders - that’s the main issue)) If you need something that actually lets you sign up from Egypt, look at providers with European or global data centers that don’t block based on location. Some smaller but solid ones allow registration without a hassle and accept crypto or PayPal)
