Importing db | failed: Duplicate entry 'dbversion'

I am running freshly installed ubuntu 20.04

before the error it stuck right here, for several hours

Log in to your mysql/phpymadmin and drop the tables.

yeah i tried and ran the command again but it gets stuck here now, for over 90 minutes
