Anyone planning to release or workin on any 7.4 project ?? With highrate / mid loot+xp ------- its missing from the OT scene atm

For 15-20 days yes, otherwise, timewaste.

Nowadays everything is related to farm gold in game to RL. RTM is up to it. We are not young anymore we have to accept it. The true oldschool only happens on tibiantis as that guy above said. Other 7.4 customs are only related to early farm > war > end

Sum it up, 2 years and only one mid/high rate that was active for more than week was odenia (however giga spoofed and corrupted)
Current playerbase will not join server when there's no money to make/character to sell that's why they are occupied with sharing, exping and uptime of 16h+ daily characters on x1 rates.
You may have few people or small teams who enjoy gameplay without sweating but not every owner want to host a server for 10-20 people
