I've been around since I was a little kid. I've recently tried playing on a few servers but I'd love to stick to one. I don't really care what type but would lean towards custom servers.

So the question is, what are the longest lasting and long-term servers out there?

My favorite ever was if I remember correctly called Tibia Kingdoms by @Werewolf but I also know about Deathzot although I haven't tried it yet.

there are few like medivia, among others, must add that they were dead server for many years till they were found and made of it what are they now. others were old-ultra. and there are so many others but among the whole otservlist they are not more than 5

you wont find a thing like that cuz, all them are not new so all us know the mechanics. does not matter if they are old or new protocols almost any serv end up dying after a month or so

also any released that you might find here was released in order to find bugs ( which wont be fixed in the main repo) it was a releaed made by a dev thats help him find issues sooner than later. you'll get the buggy version
 
I have to mention I don't really care about low player count, just looking for something to stick to long-term

  • armia.toproste.pl - since Febuary 2006 (estimated online players ~25)
  • goobers.j3gaming.com - since June 2006 (estimated online players ~15)
  • dblots.org.pl - since November 2006 (estimated online players ~100)
  • zezeniaonline.com - since 2008 (estimated online players ~30)
  • dinera.net - since March 2010 (estimated online players ~900)
  • spider-server.com - since October 2010 (estimated online players ~90)
  • medivia.online - since December 2010 (estimated online players ~800)
  • pokexgames.com - since 2011 (estimated online players ~7000)
