I doubt that's true, as from level 75 on you will only receive 67exp for a Geodude which used 350exp. That's only 19% of the full exp. So I believe the highest level available is 100.

fake numbers. if they would ban thousands each massban, they should have now 20k players, and the number of players online keeps almost the same.
