Turtle and his friend didn't make the sprites, they copied that sprites from Nintendo Games (POkemon mystery dungeon to be exact) and edit them.

This server will be better because this server will have more featuers, better map, better MAPPER, and of course, the official lenguage is ENGLISH

Also the pokemons haveing the same lvl as you is totally crap.
It's more realistic and also more fun to have your pokemon different lvls and make them evolve for their RL requirements. Like baby pokemons evolve with enough hapiness, normal pokemon will evolve by experience etc etc.
Also the evolution stone system and stuff.
Making pokemon hard to catch is normal and I'm okay with it.

I'm looking forward to this.
