Went back and installed boost-asio specifically and a lot is going on in powershell so I'll check back later XD 1638059946 I went from 1 error to 65 errors x.x 1638060502 So what I did to fix this was go back and individually install each item instead of copy/paste the entire install string...

They didn't fail, but I suspect my issue has to do with needing an older Visual Studio version. Just not sure where to go from there at the moment.

The site doesn't "say" to pay for premium, I have it as an option for donating which I ensured would not reward anything other than cosmetics or account-related items. You can purchase premium in-game for 1k per day using the !buypremium command.
