it says access denied for me and gives some random error when itry to save it

so even with me removing the scripts its still coming up is it a command in the global.xml itself thats not refering to a script ?

sweet couldnt actually find the script that had the saying in it so all i did was remove everything and im gonna put them one by one back in and see waht one is the one that has it thanks guys very helpfull
