I would suggest paying for a hoster... Finding a vpn... One that could hold a typical server i would assume would cost anything from 25-50 bucks usd. Just my opinion hope that helps ya a little bit. Take care. (I say this because that is the only "good hoster") Most dependable one is a company.

The exp rate is staged tho and it does go way down once u get higher level. But thank you for letting me know. If i keep hearing this from others i'll look into it but atm i have too many people saying they like the exp rate.
