Make sure you open: 7171, 7172, 80, 8080, 443. Make sure it is both TCP/UDP. DO NOT do from port 7171 to port 7172... Make them separate rules. Also make sure the ip you put is something like: 192.168.0.1

If that doesn't work also create the same rules for your online ip address which you can see at whatismyip.com
