Complaint WTF is this?
We ban people who create another account when they are banned for a reason. The ban is a punishment for your mistakes and now you're trying to evade/by-pass it. Your ban will be lifted within a week, so you got plenty time to go outside to take a walk or do something useful. Think what you did... -

Bug in compiling otclient Windows
You could try to rename the directory "C:/0 DigiWo Client" to "C:/0DigiWoClient" without the quotes and see what happens. And did you add the system path variables like the tutorial for Windows told you? -

Compiling on Windows QUESTIONS.
Just move otclient.exe to the otclient-master directory that you have downloaded from Github, then go to modules/game_tibiafiles and create a new directory named after a client version for example '860' then go to your Tibia 8.6 installation for example 'C:\Program Files\Tibia' and then copy... -

You could try to edit the client with a hex editor by deleting several Tibia's domain-names to add your own domain-name or IP, it's not the easiest thing to do if you are unfamiliar with it, but you will gain experience from it and it might be useful in the future. Just search Google or Otland... -
