I've turned my firewall off and opened all the needed ports. SS of what I've done: Also tried to turn of my virus protection software in some mintues.

I open my ports by going to 192.168.1.254 (usually something esle) I go to my toolbox and games and sharing etc. Opening by putting 7171 in the boxes, Right? Or how do I do it?
