so as the title says, when you equip gear, that addeds skills like m lvl etc. instead of going up the right amount, it goes down. so focus cape if i have m lvl 80 before wearing, become m lvl 79 when wearing, and stays 79 when taking off. ive tried for a bit to search this solution and no luck...
