Teleportation scrols... Can be made by druids at lvl 80+ or so... but when your at a spawn you can activate this scrol to tp you back to town... 1 scrol costs full druids mana at lvl 80+ for 1 scrol therefore making it very expencive.. Also relocation scrols that can be produced once again...
