yeah richie after i get dwarven beard there is nothing to do... i think its a bug i've tried mission, quest, dwarven beard... and i cant get anything out of tom HELP

The server has been offline now for multiple hours, and i would like to know if this problem will repeat, and how you are fixing it. With the current instability there seems to be no way to successfully play for any amount of time. If a moderator could please explain why these problems are...
