I would change one since if the player already had some 'extra exp rate' it will be changed on 5 and better if only was + 5 setPlayerExtraExpRate(cid, getPlayerextraExpRate(cid) + rate)

If player don't buy premium dont loss 15 "extraexp" but if buy premium and premium is end then extra exp rate is change to facc exp rate...;)
